Chef's Collection provides physical shipping for all cookware products purchased through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Estimates and Delivery Times
We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (US): 5 to 10 business days.
International: 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chef's Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
